Get Fonial SIP credentials

  1. Log in to your Fonial customer portal
  2. Navigate to your SIP trunk or extension settings
  3. Note the SIP registrar, username, and password

Create SIP Trunk in itellicoAI

Go to Telephony → SIP Trunks → Create SIP Trunk:
  • Name: Fonial
  • Termination URI: Fonial’s SIP registrar address
  • SIP Auth Username/Password: Your Fonial credentials

Configure forwarding

In Fonial, set up call forwarding to route inbound calls to the itellicoAI SIP endpoint (sip:50ebbp4vhpr.eu.sip.livekit.cloud).
