Inviting Team Members

Add new users to your account by sending email invitations.

Open Team Settings

Navigate to Settings → Team in your account

Click Invite Members

Click the Invite Members button

Enter Email Addresses

Add one or more email addresses (one per line or comma-separated)

Send Invitations

Click Send InvitationsEach person receives an email with a secure link to join your team

Invitations expire after 72 hours (3 days). You can resend expired invitations from the team page.

Invitation Details

Expiration: Invitations expire after 72 hours (3 days) Email Contains:
  • Who invited them
  • Account name
  • Secure acceptance link
  • Expiration date

Accepting Invitations

When someone receives an invitation:
  1. They click the link in the email
  2. If they don’t have an account: They sign up with the invited email
  3. If they already have an account: They sign in and accept the invitation
  4. They’re added to your team as a Member
  5. The account appears in their account switcher

Managing Pending Invitations

View and manage invitations you’ve sent:
  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click the Pending Invitations tab
You can:
  • Resend - Send a new invitation email with a fresh 72-hour expiration
  • Cancel - Delete the invitation (the link becomes invalid)
If someone doesn’t receive the invitation, check their spam folder or resend it.

Viewing Team Members

The team page shows all members with:
  • Name and email
  • Status (Active or Pending invitation)
  • Last login date
  • Join date
Search and filter:
  • Search by name or email
  • Filter by status (Active vs Pending)

Removing Team Members

Removed members lose access immediately.

Go to Team Settings

Navigate to Settings → Team

Find the Member

Locate the team member you want to remove

Remove

Click the menu (⋯) next to their name → Remove from Team

Confirm

Confirm the removalThey can no longer access this account
What happens:
  • ❌ Member loses access immediately
  • ❌ Account disappears from their account switcher
  • ✅ Their created content remains (agents, configurations)
  • ✅ They can be re-invited if needed

Best Practices

When someone joins:
  1. Give them a tour of your agents
  2. Share relevant documentation
  3. Set clear expectations for their role
  4. Check in after their first week
Tips:
  • Double-check email addresses before sending
  • Follow up if no response after 2 days
  • Resend if invitation expires
  • Cancel invitations sent to wrong addresses
  • Clean up expired invitations monthly
When someone leaves:
  1. Remove their access immediately
  2. Revoke any API keys they created
  3. Update shared credentials they had access to
  4. Document their work for handoff
For contractors or partners:
  • Consider using a separate subaccount for clients
  • Set calendar reminders to review access
  • Remove access when the engagement ends

Troubleshooting

Common causes:
  • Email in spam folder
  • Typo in email address
  • Email blocked by recipient’s server
Solutions:
  1. Ask them to check spam
  2. Verify the email address is correct
  3. Resend the invitation
Solution:
  1. Go to Settings → Team → Pending Invitations
  2. Find the expired invitation
  3. Click Resend
  4. A new 72-hour invitation is sent
Possible causes:
  • You don’t have permission
  • The member cannot be removed
Solution: Contact your account administrator if you need assistance.

  • User signed in with a different email
  • Account deactivated after invitation

  • Verify they used the invited email address
  • Have them check all accounts in the account switcher
  • Check if the account is still active

Security Tips

Before inviting:
  • Double-check spelling
  • Verify the domain is correct (watch for .co vs .com)
  • Use business emails for company accounts
Review team members quarterly:
  • Verify each person still needs access
  • Remove inactive users
  • Document the review
When someone leaves:
  • Remove from all accounts immediately
  • Revoke any API keys they created
  • Change shared passwords they knew
  • Review their recent activity
