Use this guide when your existing DACH phone numbers already run through Easybell.

Get Easybell SIP credentials

  1. Log in to your Easybell customer portal
  2. Navigate to your SIP trunk settings
  3. Note the SIP registrar, username, and password
  4. Ensure the trunk supports external routing

Create SIP Trunk in itellicoAI

Go to Telephony → SIP Trunks → Create SIP Trunk:
  • Name: Easybell
  • Termination URI: Easybell’s SIP registrar address
  • SIP Auth Username/Password: Your Easybell SIP credentials

Configure routing

In Easybell, configure call forwarding to route inbound calls to the itellicoAI SIP endpoint.
