# Fonial SIP Setup

> Connect Fonial numbers and SIP forwarding to itellicoAI

Use this guide if your business numbers already run through Fonial.

  <Step title="Get Fonial SIP credentials">
    1. Log in to your [Fonial](https://www.fonial.de) customer portal
    2. Navigate to your SIP trunk or extension settings
    3. Note the SIP registrar, username, and password

  <Step title="Create SIP Trunk in itellicoAI">
    Go to **Telephony → SIP Trunks → Create SIP Trunk**:

    * **Name:** Fonial
    * **Termination URI:** Fonial's SIP registrar address
    * **SIP Auth Username/Password:** Your Fonial credentials

  <Step title="Configure forwarding">
    In Fonial, set up call forwarding to route inbound calls to the itellicoAI SIP endpoint (`sip:50ebbp4vhpr.eu.sip.livekit.cloud`).
